Mathematical: family problem

One day there was a two married couple whose family was an A family and a B family....

Equation:
2( x + y + 2 ) = 4(x + y - 1)


Both A and B family share the same amount of resources...

Equation:
2x + 2y + 4 = 4x + 4 y - 4

As time goes by because of problems and misunderstanding both A and B family went divorce and coincidentally the widow of A family married through the other half of A family and so the widow of B family was also married through the other half of B family, then again they shared there saved resources....

Equation:
2x + 4x + 4 = 2y + 4y - 4

As another time goes by the A family bore a child whose name was X and B family bore a child of its own whose name was Y.

Equation:
6x + 4 = 6y - 4

Then there are times that X and Y met together for coutship. then years have pass they get married and shared there resources. But because X love Y so much, X decided to give all of his resources to Y, as time comes Y spend all of its resources..

Equation:
X = 6y - 4

6 + 4

Then after Y spend its resources, X forcefully divorce Y because Y spends all there resources but after X leave the family, Y bore a child whose name was not mentioned but then again Y uses its last remaining resources to take care of its child, which is they only have one resources.

X = Y - 1
